All Art Services (“allART,” “we,” “us”) respects the privacy of the collectors, galleries, designers, and institutions we work with. This policy explains what we collect through allart.la, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you request an estimate or contact us, we collect what you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number, project location, and any details or images you send about the work involved.
Our site may also record standard technical information — browser type, device, referring page, and pages viewed — used only to understand how the site performs.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, schedule and carry out work, and keep records of projects we have completed for you.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
Confidentiality of your collection
Discretion is part of the service. We do not disclose the contents, value, or location of a client’s collection, and we do not publish photographs of completed work without written permission. Where a project requires a specialist partner — a conservator, crating shop, or shipper — we share only what that partner needs to do the work.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and move through this site. It sets cookies that record pages viewed, approximate location, and referring source. We use this only to improve the site — we do not use advertising or retargeting cookies, and we do not build profiles of individual visitors.

Text messaging
If you text us or use a text link on this site, you consent to receive replies from us at that number about your inquiry or project — estimates, scheduling, arrival windows, and follow-up. We do not send marketing texts.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of vendors to run the business — website hosting, email, scheduling, and payment processing. They may handle your information on our behalf and are required to protect it and use it only for the service they provide us.
Your choices
California residents may request a copy of the personal information we hold, ask us to delete it, or ask us to correct it. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

Retention and security
We keep project records for as long as needed to service the relationship and to meet insurance, tax, and legal obligations, then dispose of them. We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Links to other sites
This site links to Instagram and to the sites of galleries, artists, and clients we work with. Once you follow a link you are on their site, under their privacy practices — we do not control what they collect.
Children
Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
