GALLERY

A room,

An elevator door,

A working elevator door, in plain sight. We evaluated the panel, the hinge swing, and the wall it had to match — then floated framed works across it so the seam reads as millwork, not a door.

Old master,
modern edge.

A centuries-old oil painting mounted in a gilded oval above the vanity mirror, looking down over a sculptural contemporary stone sink. We placed and lit the classical work so it holds the room against the modern basin below — old and new reading as one deliberate composition rather than a clash.

ABOUT

Our Practice

An all-in-one art company

We are a boutique art services company focused on leveraging our deep roots across the art community to offer a complete suite of art services from one trusted partner. Thoughtfully matching our skills and resources to the work at hand, from framing a single photograph to museum-scale installations to curating corporate collections, our integrated service model makes every stage of the process easy.

The result is simple — your art elevated, every detail managed, and nothing left to chance.

Our team is made up of art professionals holding MFA and BFA degrees, we pair a trained eye with genuine craftsmanship — and a fully equipped studio ready to handle any need or request.

For two decades, allART has stewarded works for discerning collectors, galleries, and institutions across Los Angeles and Miami, with the discretion, precision, and museum-grade care the art world demands.

  • A new house that doesn’t feel like home yet: relocation styling using the art and objects you already own.
  • A gallery, art fair booth, or exhibition to mount: laid out, installed, and lit all on schedule.
  • White-glove support for relocations and home organizations — integrated with your team so nothing skips a beat.
  • A piece that deserves better presentation: custom framing, stretchers, canvas stretching, and pedestals built to the work and the space.
  • Not sure what to buy or where to start: consulting and curation that sources, commissions, and builds a collection with intent.
  • Blank corporate or public walls: original works, commissions, and murals from local artists.
  • A damaged or aging work you’re afraid to lose: restored and conserved through vetted, museum-grade partners.

We bring on-site fine art services wherever your collection lives. Our core service areas are Southern California, New York City, and South Florida, and we travel to destinations as requested for relocations, collection moves, and specialty installations.

Our art consulting and curation is available anywhere — beginning with calls and online meetings, we build a strategy that moves with you, managing every stage from sourcing and commissioning to logistics, delivery, and installation, so each project lands seamlessly.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

We're always happy to answer your questions — here are a few of the ones we hear most. Pick a topic above to jump straight to the answer.

Ask Us
Answers, Upfront

We're always happy to answer your questions.

Over the years, a handful of questions come up again and again — from how we work once we're on site, to what's worth having ready before we arrive, to the details of pricing and policy. We've gathered the ones we hear most right here. Choose a topic above to see the details, or reach out anytime and we'll gladly walk you through the rest.

Manpower:

Can one person do the job?

Yes, in most situations only one installer is required. However, installations of large, heavy, or awkward pieces may require two or more persons. As a rule, if it's 48 inches+ in size and/or more than 50 pounds, two people will be needed. We are happy to consult with you to determine what is necessary for your situation. In some situations, if there is an able-bodied person available to help with the final hanging of a larger piece, we can get it done with a single installer.

How long will it take?

If it's straight forward picture-hanging, we can typically hang 3-5 works per hour, depending on size and complexity. Some situations call for hanging things very high, creating a gridded arrangement of work, or significant unpacking, all of which impact the speed at which the job can be done. Our team has to carefully evaluate hardware needs and accurately measure for each piece's placement so that we can deliver a safe and quality installation.

Do you install household items?

Absolutely. If it mounts to a wall, we can install it — from household fixtures and large mirrors to wall hooks, robe hooks, towel bars, and rings. Please note that we do not handle electrical fixtures.

Wall Type:

What walls do you install on?

All of them. We install on virtually any wall surface, including drywall, concrete, brick, and wood, as well as plaster, tile, and stone. Our team evaluates each surface and selects the right hardware and method to ensure a safe, secure installation.

Do we need to hit a stud?

Not usually. We carry a wide range of specialized hardware designed to distribute weight safely and securely across the wall surface, so a stud isn't required for most installations.

Hardware:

Can we hide the hardware?

Yes, in typical installations the hardware sits behind the piece, is as flush to the wall as possible, and is not visible. In instances where safety dictates the hardware must be visible we offer faux finishes and other creative solutions.

Is there special earthquake hardware?

While not formally earthquake-rated, many of the hooks we use feature locking mechanisms that hold the installation in place and provide meaningful protection against falls. For smaller vessels and sculptures, we apply museum putty or museum wax to keep each piece stable and secure.

Do you offer security hardware?

Yes, we use 3- and 4-point security hardware, with a locking wrench available on request.

Availability:

Will you come if I only have a few pictures?

Yes, we provide service for small jobs with a 3 hour on site minimum charge, plus travel time.

Are you available evenings and weekends?

Yes — any hour, including overnight. We regularly work with corporate collections, art fairs, special events, and private parties on their schedules. Contact us with your timing and we'll go over off-hour rates.

Pricing:

All project costs are estimated from the descriptions provided by the client and are subject to change on site when all variables can be assessed. In the case of art handling jobs, every project begins with a 3-hour on-site minimum, plus billable travel time at our hourly rate. Hardware and materials are additional, and the number of installers required depends on the size of the pieces involved. For an estimate, email us, and see the pricing details below.

Payment:

Accepted forms of payment?

We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, checks, Zelle, and Venmo. For larger projects a deposit may be required to reserve your date, with the balance due on completion. Invoices are sent electronically, and we're happy to work with corporate purchase orders and net terms for established accounts.

Operational:

What's your privacy policy?

Yes, we understand our clients' needs for security and keep all of our dealings with your objects and property private. We are comfortable with nondisclosure agreements, and do not share any of our clients' personal or billing information, period.Read our full Privacy Policy.

Do you use condition reports?

Yes, if we receive a piece that came with a condition report we are happy to go over the work and compare for any changes. We can fill out new condition reports upon request when delivering or receiving an object.

Is allART insured?

Yes, allART and its installers are covered with proper liability insurance and workers comp. Additional insurance can be purchased specialized for your job as needed.

Holds, changes, & cancellations?

Yes, we can hold days free of charge up to 48 hours prior to install date. All cancellations within 48 hours of the start time are subject to a $150 cancellation charge per installer booked. Day-of cancellations are billed at the 3.5-hour minimum — $95 per hour, per installer booked.
